Once your order is placed, you will recieve an automatic email confirming your order. Shortly after you should recieve an email with a tracking number for the product that you have ordered. Please note: If for some reason you do not recieve an email confimation, then you have entered your email address incorrectly.If you do not recieve an email with a tracking number, you may contact us and recieve it over the phone.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns are easy. All you need to do it call in and request an RMA # for the return of your product. Make sure that you return the product with a copy of the invoice and a note in the box. All products being retunred must be in the original packaging and in its original form. Used products will not be accepted for return. If you have recieved a damaged product, you may call in and let us know about the issue. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a return label for the product. If you would like to exchange a product, please call in for an RMA # for the exchange.
No product will be accepted for a return without a valid RMA #.
LightsNmore.com reserves the right to charge a 30% resocking fee on all returned products. Restocking fees are not applied to products being sent back because of damage or exchange.
Returns must be made within 7 days of ordering the product.
It can take up to 10 business days for money to be reissued once the product has reached our facilities.
To place an order, simply click on the product you are wanting to order and choose from the options listed on the drop down menus on the products page. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Durring the Checkout process you will need to provide a valid email address, phone number, card holders name, billing address of the card, expiration date of the card and CVV code, which is listed on the card.

To view an order you must make sure to create an account durring the checkout process. You may also create an account by clicking on the Sign In link at the bottom of the page and creating an account. Once you have logged in, you may view your orders in your dashboard. Please note: If you do not create an account, you will not be able to view the status of your order.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
To update your account information, simply sign in to you account and click on the edit tab located to the right of the information you are wanting to update.
